Delivery Method:

Once you place an order on our website, the in-stock items will be shipped with around 3-7 business days from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). If you have any questions about the delivery date or service, you can leave a message on our website or contact us via email at info@sunrise-asia.com.hk.

We will use a courier service for delivery, and customers are responsible for the shipping fee, which will be calculated during checkout. If any fees (such as import taxes) are required in the recipient's country/region, buyer will be responsible for them.

Please provide accurate information for the shipping address, recipient, and contact phone number. If there are any issues, such as incorrect information leading to delivery failure, inability to contact the recipient, multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, the package will be returned.

 

Hong Kong Orders:

Not applicable to the following areas: Hong Kong warehouses (postal boxes, SF self-pickup points, or lockers), logistics centers at airports, piers, Wan Chai Convention and Exhibition Centre, AsiaWorld-Expo, and outlying islands (such as Lantau Island, excluding Tung Chung, Peng Chau, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Po Toi Island, Ma Wan, and Discovery Bay).

International Orders:

Please note that due to varying delivery times in different regions, it is not possible for us to specify the exact arrival time of your order. Delivery times may be influenced by factors such as customs clearance procedures, local logistics operations, and unforeseen delays. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

  • Delivery to Taiwan - Please provide the postal code and tax ID number.
  • Delivery to South Korea - Please provide the postal code and Korean address.

 

Returns (Product Shortage and Damage):

If you find any shortages or damages upon receiving the goods, our company will assist in contacting the agent on behalf of the customer. After successful communication, we will contact the customer to arrange for product replacement.
